Office Administrator

Our administrative team is complemented by Heather. She graduated from the University of Missouri where she obtained a degree in Management. After owning her own business for more than fifteen years, she had the opportunity to sell her business and joined Milhouse & Neal, LLP in 2015. She is one of the friendly voices that greets you when you call and the smiling face that welcomes you when you come through our door.

She provides exemplary customer service to our clients as well as full administrative support to the staff. Her administrative role is critical to the success of our organization and touches on a diverse list of responsibilities which include managing appointments, document preparation, client billing, data management, and overseeing the daily management of the office. She also handles all facets of the assembly and processing of tax returns.

Heather is known for her dependability and she is a true team player. Regardless of what you ask her to do she always has a can-do attitude, even if it’s something she’s never tackled before. If you are having a bad day or dealing with a problem, you can always count on her to be there to help. She will come to your rescue and within no time her infectious positive attitude has changed your outlook.

She thrives in her role because she values the ability to be able to work independently and to set and accomplish goals. Speaking of goals, Heather spends a lot of her free time on the soccer field watching her young son and high school daughter play competitive soccer. She also enjoys watching her children play baseball and tennis.
