Our Creve Coeur, CPA and consulting firm, is rapidly growing and we have an immediate opportunity available for an accountant with 5 to 7 years of public accounting experience.

The successful candidate will join our team in providing pro-active accounting and tax services and implementing profit improvement and risk reduction strategies for privately owned enterprises.
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:
- Performing business tax assignments under the direction of a Partner and/or Director including preparation of complex business tax returns, and preliminary review of returns prepared by staff accountants
- Suggest client tax planning ideas to Partner and/or Director, and assist Partner/Director in tax planning and research
- Developing and supervising entry level staff
- Highly developed analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and follow through
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks such as how to restore a backup, pull various financial reports, and how to fix issues with client books.
- Working knowledge of CCH ProSystem fx Engagement and Axcess Tax software is a plus.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other related field
- CPA or CPA candidate a plus
